What is the founding customer program?
The first cohort of Kenyan retailers we onboard before launch. Founding customers get hands-on setup, direct support, and founding-customer pricing — our normal pricing will be higher after the cohort.
How fast can I start selling?
We're onboarding our first Kenyan retailers, so you get a live walkthrough and hands-on setup. Once your workspace is live you can import products and take your first M-Pesa or cash sale the same day.
Do I need a credit card or monthly subscription?
No. There's no self-service credit card checkout or auto-renewing monthly plan. Access is arranged under a simple annual contract agreed directly with the operator.
Does it work with M-Pesa?
Yes. The register integrates with Safaricom's Daraja API for STK Push. A customer pays on their phone and the sale is reconciled automatically against the payment response.
Is it KRA eTIMS compliant?
The platform is eTIMS-ready. Once you enable the feature and complete your KRA registration, the register generates fiscal invoices with QR codes and sends the data required by KRA.
Can I run multiple branches?
Yes. The platform supports multiple branches and warehouses, so you can manage stock and see performance per location while keeping one owner view.
Can staff use it on phones and tablets?
Yes. The register is touch-friendly and works on phones, tablets, and desktops, while the admin dashboard gives owners the full back-office picture.
